Luocheng is a major city of the Southern Wulin, held by Mirage for a long stretch of years. The streets are packed with Mirage’s mechanisms and traps, and most of the people living there are under its thumb. The city is known for a tangled layout and a strange atmosphere, and it was a key battlefield of the Battle of Mirage.

Story role
In the Battle of Mirage, Soul and Zuo Shang fought their way into Luocheng and went head to head with Mirage’s core members. The fight for the city was the decisive battle of the campaign and is what broke Mirage’s back.
