Background
Where Xiao Si came from is not known. Mu Tianmiao took him into The Order as a child, where he was trained as an assassin. Xiao Si’s liveliness stands in sharp contrast to the glum killers around him. With his unusual martial style and his agility he rose quickly to become one of The Order’s Nether Envoys.
